Arriving in Kissimmee

Air

Kissimmee is located just 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and 45 minutes from Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB). Airlines with good connections from India to Kissimmee include British Airlines, Lufthansa, Emirates, Delta, Air France, and United Airlines.

Road

West U.S. Highway 192 is Kissimmee’s primary tourist corridor. Brightly-colored guide markers along the way make it easy to navigate.
Osceola Parkway (Toll Road 522) is a direct route to Walt Disney World® Resort. Exit #242, #244, and #249 on Florida’s Turnpike provide easy access to and from Kissimmee. Exit #64 on I-4 provides easy access to and from Kissimmee

Rail

Amtrak provides rail service to Kissimmee, as well as Orlando, Winter Park, and Sanford (a hub for the auto train). The Kissimmee station is the closest stop to Walt Disney World® Resort.

Getting Around

RENTALS

Visitors can hire rental cars upon arrival, which is a more affordable transportation option. There are many rental companies available in the area, including Alamo, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, and Sixt.

TAXI

Standard taxi cars are available for visitor convenience. Uber and Lyft – app-based transportation options – are also easy to use throughout the destination. Plus, private cars are offered by many third-party tour operators and car companies.

PUBLIC TRANSIT

The Lynx bus system runs through Kissimmee and offers service throughout the Greater Orlando area. Visitors also have the option of the SunRail a convenient commuter rail system that comprises 16 stations connecting Downtown Kissimmee through Downtown Orlando
